Blended Teaching is an AI Edtech startup on a mission to make higher education accessible to all. Our platform allows our customers (university instructors) to build and deliver high quality courses in minutes, and provide unparalleled learning support to students throughout the semester.
What’s the opportunity?
Blended Teaching is utilized by university instructors across the US to deliver courses and improve student learning outcomes. We are disrupting the legacy textbook publishing industry, which means a lot of what we are building is new to instructors, these tools haven’t existed before. This presents interesting challenges for us to solve.
One of our primary growth channels is referrals, so customer experience, and customer goal achievement are critical to our success. We want someone who can lead this.
This is an opportunity to accelerate our growth by building a strong product-led, organic growth strategy. This includes working closesly with the founders in designing mechanisms, culture, processes, systems. You will build out the foundations of what good PLG looks like at Blended Teaching.
This is role bridges Customer Success, Product Marketing and Communications and includes:
This in-person role is based in our HQ in Buckhead, Atlanta and requires being present in the office at least 4 days per week. In addition there is the opportunity to travel across the US visiting instructors at conferences and universities.
What skills do I need?
To be successful in this role, you will likely need to have 1-3 years experience in the following:
